Technical analysis has been one of the most exhaustively studied topics. As it deals with making money, naturally people would be very interested to know if this really does works, so much so that it has always been a way of appraising the state and trend of the market. Before I move on to describing technical analysis, I'll like you to take a look at the following YouTube video. Do listen to the terms or jargons he use to descibe the stock market (S&P500), as well as how he relates the trend to real-life events that are occurring.
Quite complicated isn't it? But not to worry. Learning Technical Analysis is like trying to learn how to ride a bicycle when you were 5 years old. Difficult to learn but once you know it, you'll go very fast and far.
